•  Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

How to Request an Exchange or Report an Issue

1.  Email us at laberbaby@gmail.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the problem.

2.  Do not ship the item back without prior approval.

3.  Approved returns will have a return label e mailed to them.
